Event Overview
The roar of engines and the adrenaline rush of motorsports will reach its peak in Mexico City with the first-ever NASCAR Mexico City Weekend, taking place from June 13 to 15 at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez.
Over three days, attendees will enjoy three iconic stock car categories:
- NASCAR Cup Series, the top division of the championship, with the race titled “Viva México 250”
- NASCAR Xfinity Series, featuring the “The Chilango 150” race
- Honoring the Rodríguez brothers with races named “Pedro Rodríguez 60” and “Ricardo Rodríguez 60”
Organizers anticipate an attendance of 243,000 people, solidifying Mexico City as a key international motorsports venue.

NASCAR Cup Series will be live and exclusive on TelevisaUnivision via Channel 5, airing on June 15 at 1:00 p.m.
Fox Sports, meanwhile, will provide TV coverage for pay-TV of the entire weekend.

The Circuit
The Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez circuit has been adapted for NASCAR:
- 3.8 km in length
- 15 challenging turns
- A 1.1 km straight where cars will reach speeds over 200 km/h
At 2,285 meters above sea level, it’s the highest-altitude circuit on the Cup Series schedule and one of only six non-oval tracks.
