Cemex’s Dividend Payment Announcement

Cementos Mexicanos (Cemex), the largest materials producer for construction in Latin America, declared its intention to pay its first dividend of $0.000746 per share.

The Monterrey-based company stated that it will distribute the dividend to holders of CPOs in Mexico and ADS owners in the United States on June 18, 2025. CPO holders will receive approximately $0.002238 per CPO, while ADS holders will receive around $0.022380 per ADS.

Cemex’s shareholders approved a total cash dividend payment of $130 million, to be distributed in four installments during June, September, and December 2025, and March 2026.

Arca Continental’s Acquisition of Imperial

Arca Continental, the leading bottler of Coca-Cola products in Latin America, announced an agreement for the acquisition of Imperial, a company operating in vending machines and mini-markets based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Imperial holds a franchise from Canteen, a workplace food services provider with vending machines and other offerings in Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, and neighboring states. Arca Continental anticipates completing this undisclosed-amount acquisition in the third quarter of 2025.

For 2025, Arca Continental plans to invest $18 billion pesos (approximately $942 million) across its various markets, marking a 6% increase from the 2024 investment amount.
