Post-acquisition, Fox Corporation will have access to 3,000 hours of original sports content featuring Liga MX, Liga MX Femenil, Concachampions, Premier League and FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, Ligue One, Copa de Italia, UFL, Big Ten Conference, Nascar México Series, and WEC. The company plans to launch a new pay TV channel alongside a subscription-based streaming platform (SVOD) that complements its existing ad-supported free streaming service, Tubi.
