March Route
The 47th edition of the Mexico City Pride March will take place on June 28, 2025. Under the slogan “Diversity without borders. Justice, Resistance, and Unity!”, Mexico City will welcome colectivos, families, students, migrants, and activists to celebrate and highlight sexual and gender diversity.
March Route
- Gathering point for collectives and general public: Ángel de la Independencia at Paseo de la Reforma near Florencia street, starting from 10:00 AM.
- Official start between 11:00 and 12:00 PM.
- March route:
- Depart from Ángel de la Independencia along Paseo de la Reforma to Av. Juárez.
- Continue on Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas.
- Proceed down Calle 5 de Mayo.
- End at Plaza de la Constitución (Zócalo Capitalino).
Activities and Participation
Throughout the parade, you can expect carrousels, musical performances, speeches by activists, HIV testing modules, legal support, and spaces for the visibility of various communities and organizations. Participants will include artistic collectives, diverse families, unions, students, migrants and refugees, transgender and non-binary individuals, among others.
Road Closures and Alternative Routes
Due to security measures, the following streets will be temporarily closed:
- Paseo de la Reforma (from Ángel de la Independencia to Metro Hidalgo)
- Avenida Juárez
- Eje Central Lázaro Cárdenas
- Calle 5 de Mayo
It is recommended to consider alternative routes for travel, such as:
- Eje 1 Norte / Oriente
- Insurgentes
- Chapultepec
- José María Izazaga
- Doctor Río de la Loza
- Fray Servando Teresa de Mier
Tips for Attendees
The route is approximately 2 km long, so it’s advisable to bring:
- Water and snacks for the journey
- Sunscreen and waterproof lotion
- Comfortable footwear
Keep in mind that the Zócalo-Tenochtitlan station on Metro Line 2 will be closed during the event, and there will be impacts on Metrobús lines 1 and 7.
