Neutral Networks, a wholesale telecommunications services provider, has connected Tijuana with the markets of San Diego, San Ysidro, and Los Angeles, California, through a duct with three tubes of 288 fibers of the latest generation optical fiber. This investment aims to increase bandwidth availability for productive sector companies in their connectivity projects and for mass consumption telephony and internet service providers.
The duct, which starts at Neutral Networks’ offices in Tijuana and ends at a data center across the US border, cost $1 million to develop. It spans approximately 2.5 kilometers and reaches a depth of nearly 90 centimeters.

The Tijuana duct could potentially connect to Ensenada, Mexicali, and San Luis Río Colorado in the future, expanding Neutral Networks’ reach in the region.
