Fibra Storage’s Bond Issuance
Fibra Storage, a real estate investment trust focused on managing mini storage warehouses, plans to issue a bond worth 500 million pesos (approximately $26.6 million) in the Mexican stock market.
The funds raised from this bond, with the code ‘STORAGE 25’, will be used for Fibra Storage’s development and acquisition strategy.
The bond will pay a variable interest rate, determined at the time by adding an additional interest to the Tasa de Interés Interbancaria de Equilibrio de Fondeo a un Día Hábil Bancario.
Fitch Ratings assigned the bond a ‘AA-(mex)’ rating, and HR AA+ by Hong Kong-based ratings agency, placing it in the fourth and second levels of local investment-grade assets.

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP), which manages 12 airports in Mexico and two more in Jamaica, announced it will pay the second exhibition of a dividend approved by its shareholders earlier this year. The payment is scheduled for August 14.
