Christus Muguerza, a renowned healthcare system with an international medical network in the United States, Colombia, and Chile, has commenced construction on a high-specialty hospital in Los Cabos, Baja California Sur. “We are investing over 100 million dollars in this hospital, bringing top-tier healthcare professionals to the region capable of handling complex cases,” Garza Ghio stated.

José Saúl González Núñez, General Secretary of Baja California Sur, highlighted that the hospital will strengthen healthcare services in the state.

Sustainable Design and Collaboration

The hospital’s design incorporates local materials, energy-efficient systems (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), high-performance lighting, sustainable materials, and eco-friendly options.

“In collaboration with the healthcare system, we have been working on developing the hospital’s plans to ensure it becomes the best in the state, equipped with top-tier technology without compromising efficiency and functionality to deliver optimal service to the community,” said Fernando Romero, the architect behind the project.

Christus Muguerza currently operates 15 hospitals across seven Mexican states, along with medical care centers, clinics, ambulances, nursing schools, and social programs.
