A New Era of Leadership: Prioritizing Well-being and Social Concerns

According to the Thought Leaders 2025 study by HORSE, effective leadership is not just about focusing on results but prioritizing well-being and social issues. This report highlights the most disruptive CEOs in Mexico for 2025.

For the second consecutive year, a woman leads the list of top CEOs. However, female representation has decreased by three percentage points compared to the previous year.

Methodology and Key Findings

The study analyzed over six million data points using Artificial Intelligence (AI) to evaluate companies and executives in Mexico over the past 12 months. The evaluation considered five dimensions: digital presence, digital engagement, sponsorship, and sustainability.

“By using Big Data, we eliminate biases and provide a transparent ranking based on evidence, reflecting the influence and intellectual leadership of companies and CEOs in today’s reality,” explained Juan Pablo Daniello and Cristian Marchiaro, co-founders of HORSE.
