Cecilia Carrillo López, Director of Coparmex Nuevo León, emphasized that businesses recognize workforce training as a return on investment, enhancing productivity and competitiveness. Compliance with labor regulations related to training, as outlined in Article 132, Fraction XV of the Federal Labor Law, is also crucial.

“Nuevo León complies with the law and consistently goes above and beyond, similar to other employee benefits. This is particularly noteworthy in the area of training,” Carrillo López stated.

Although larger companies tend to offer more training, smaller enterprises may face resource constraints when trying to equip their employees with new skills and knowledge.
