Overview of the Proposed Budget Changes

The 2026 Federal Budget Proposal outlines a reduction in the Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPC) budget, decreasing from 73,802 million 438,043 pesos approved in 2025 to 60,110 million 883,499 pesos in 2026.
