Metro and Public Transport
In commemoration of the 215th Anniversary of Mexico’s Independence, the Secretariat of Mobility (Semovi) has adjusted the schedules of the Integrated Mobility Network (MI) for Tuesday, September 16. Here are the details to help you plan your travels during the patriotic celebrations.
The CDMX Metro will operate from 07:00 to 00:00 hours, similar to the Línea 1 support service.
Metrobús will run from 05:00 to 00:00 hours, while the Light Rail will function from 07:00 to 23:30 hours.
Cablebús will provide service from 07:00 to 23:00 hours.
RTP and Trolebús
The Passenger Transport Network (RTP) will operate from 06:00 to 00:00 hours.
Trolebús will have varying schedules depending on the line:
- Lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 → from 06:00 to 23:30 hours.
- Line 12 → from 05:30 to 23:30 hours.
- Lines 10, 11, and 13 → from 05:00 to 00:00 hours.
Bicycles and Parking
ECOBICI system will be available from 05:00 to 00:30 hours, while bike parking will function from 07:00 to 00:00 hours.
Semovi informed that bicycle entry will be permitted on the Metro, Cablebús, and Light Rail. For Metrobús, Trolebús, and RTP, access will depend on space availability in the vehicles.
Services Not Operating
On Tuesday, there will be no operation of parking meters or Semovi’s control vehicle and license modules.
Additionally, the ECOBICI User Assistance Centers (CAPU) will remain closed.
