Key Security Measures for Enhanced Public Safety in Chihuahua

During a session of the State Table of Construction of Peace, chaired by Governor Maru Campos, participating authorities agreed to establish Operational Bases at various locations across the state. This initiative aims to strengthen public safety by reinforcing security measures.

Joint Patrols and 24/7 Surveillance

The strategy includes coordinated patrols by law enforcement agencies from all levels of government and elements of the Mexican Army, operating around the clock in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua City, and other areas.

Targeted Operations Against Violence-Generating Individuals

Authorities also agreed to implement focused operations against individuals fueling violence, with increased resources, intelligence, and support from 400 personnel of the Secretariat of National Defense deployed across the state.

These strategic quarters aim to ensure targeted intervention and apprehension of violence-generating individuals, supported by interinstitutional technology and infrastructure.
