- Private vehicles with verification hologram 0 and 00, blue band, and plate endings of 9 and 0.
- Vehicles without a verification hologram, such as old, demonstration, new, or tourist vehicles, or those with foreign plates, are subject to the same restriction as vehicles with hologram 2.
- 50% restriction on LP gas delivery trucks without dry disconnect valves and plate endings of PAR.
- Local or federal cargo vehicles must stop circulating between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM, except those in the Mexico City or EDOMEX Autorregulation programs.
- Taxis with verification hologram “00”, “0”, “1”, or “2” must adhere to the circulation restriction from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, according to the aforementioned rules.
