Mexico concluded its participation in the 2025 World Para Athletics Championship held from September 27 to October 5 in New Delhi, India, securing the third position among Latin American countries.

With consistent positive results, Mexico finished the competition with a total of 10 medals: three gold, one silver, and six bronze. This placed them behind only Brazil and Colombia in terms of Latin American representation.

Brazil led the overall medal tally with 44 medals, including 15 gold, 20 silver, and nine bronze. China followed with 13 golds, while Iran secured nine.
