During his presentation to the LXII Legislature of the State of Mexico, Secretary General of Government Horacio Duarte Olivares highlighted the leadership of President Claudia Sheinbaum and Governor Delfina Gómez in consolidating Mexico’s Fourth Transformation.

Duarte Olivares mentioned that half of the households in the State of Mexico receive direct support from state programs, with 650,000 women benefiting from the “Mujeres con Bienestar” initiative, reflecting a people-centered government.

Healthcare:

He reported over 9 million medical consultations, rehabilitated clinics and hospitals, and strengthened the education system through scholarships, infrastructure, and equipment.

Economy and Mobility:

He highlighted investments exceeding 216 million pesos, making the State of Mexico the top job creator in the country. Additionally, there has been an 18.6% increase in Mexibús trips and a 49.5% rise in Mexicable usage, along with the implementation of the Integral East Plan benefiting over 10 million people across 10 municipalities with 121 social infrastructure, housing, education, and health action lines.

Duarte Olivares emphasized that governance is built through dialogue, coordination, and institutional presence in municipalities, working alongside all levels of government.
