Mendoza explained that certain products, such as those intended for the Jewish community, require specific certifications. In some cases, up to 15 distinct certifications may be necessary for selling products in other countries.

During the Feria Anuga in Germany, an essential event for the food industry, Comce-Sur members learned about preferred packaging methods by companies. They also secured interviews to present Puebla’s and southeastern Mexico’s products, including mezcal, spirits, snacks, coffee, chocolate, natural spices, and sweeteners.
