The airport’s ongoing 650 million peso renovation will double its capacity to handle five million passengers annually, enhancing regional connectivity and opening new opportunities for tourism, businesses, and economic development.”
This project expands Culiacán’s appeal for congresses, exhibitions, fairs, and conventions while positioning it as an ideal logistics hub in the region. With over 3,000 available hotel rooms and a thriving tourism offering, the convention center is more than just a building—it’s a gateway to Culiacán’s high-value future as a destination.
