According to the Mexico Entrepreneurship Radiography 2024, nearly 60% of businesses close within the first three years. This initiative aims to support entrepreneurs in reducing this closure rate by enhancing their digital skills and customer engagement.
How to Register for the Free Courses?
Interested parties should register for “Boost Your Business with WhatsApp Business” and fill out a form with business details, including the entrepreneur’s name, company name, sector, and location.
- The program consists of 10 virtual sessions starting on November 12 at 10:00 AM.
- Juan Carlos Cante, President of Asem’s Board of Directors, expressed enthusiasm for strengthening businesses’ management in key areas like sales, finance, marketing, human resources, planning, strategy, and more to foster growth and reduce closure risks.

Supporting Local SMEs
This collaboration is part of Meta WhatsApp’s “Businesses We Love” campaign, offering mentorship, financial support, and training to four selected Mexican SMEs: Librería Através del Espejo, Impresos Carbajal, Barbería La Higiénica, and Sastrería Mayer.
In addition to these activities, Meta WhatsApp will conduct further educational efforts ahead of major shopping seasons in Mexico, such as Buen Fin and December shopping periods. The aim is to share tips on optimizing WhatsApp Business features and preventing digital fraud.
