Group Mundo Maya Hotels and Promotional Efforts
The Group Mundo Maya comprises several hotels, including Edzna, Palenque, Calakmul, Tulum, Tulum Aeropuerto, Nuevo Uxmal, and Chichen Itzá. These establishments aim to enhance guest experiences with direct support from a private organization.
The group has been actively promoting its offerings, recently participating in the World Travel Market London (WTM) to showcase packages that include Mexicana de Aviación flights, the Tren Maya, and various parks. These efforts are managed by the Defense Department.
Previous Contracts and Delgado Cortés Asociados’ Expertise
Public records indicate that the Group Mundo Maya has already signed at least two contracts with Delgado Cortés Asociados this year for customer service and cultural services consulting. One of these contracts was awarded directly, totaling 10.9 million pesos.
Delgado Cortés Asociados, located in Mexico City’s Gustavo A. Madero alcaldía, will now focus on enhancing service quality through asesoría (sensitization and leadership) in their upcoming training sessions, aiming to make service quality one of the group’s distinguishing features alongside Uxmito, a character created to promote tourism assets.
