About TETR College of Business

TETR College of Business is a pioneering global institution dedicated to nurturing entrepreneurial skills in young individuals. With a unique blend of global immersion and practical learning, TETR aims to equip future business leaders with the necessary tools to establish successful ventures.

Mexican Students Integrate into TETR’s Second Generation

This year, TETR College of Business welcomed aspiring entrepreneurs from Mexico as part of its second cohort of university students. A remarkable 26% of these students hail from Central America and Latin America, reflecting the school’s commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment.

Global Learning Experience

TETR’s curriculum takes students across various countries, including Dubai, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Ghana, Argentina, the United States, and Europe. Each semester, students immerse themselves in a new destination, studying at prestigious institutions and creating a new business within the most relevant sector of that country.

Fundraising and Scholarships

TETR’s first cohort launched 44 startups in its inaugural year, generating over $324,000 in revenue and securing funding from angel investors. The cohort also raised nearly $100,000 through Kickstarter campaigns in Singapore and Malaysia.

In early 2025, TETR announced a $1 million scholarship fund for Mexican students, enabling future business leaders to join the program by covering tuition costs for four years.

“All Mexican students we’ve had are a testament to discipline and an entrepreneurial spirit,” said Pratham Mittal, founder of TETR College of Business. “We’re confident that this new cohort will inspire and shape the entire TETR student body, bringing these essential qualities for success as they evolve into leaders ready to embark on their entrepreneurial journey from day one.”

Mexican Entrepreneurs in TETR

Patrick Rico, hailing from Barcelona and Mexico City, is a successful Mexican entrepreneur and author of best-selling self-improvement books. He is a TED-style speaker at NASA with a personal brand boasting over 40,000 followers and a former national-level tennis player who once ranked 34th in the under-18 category.

“I discovered early on who I am and what I want in life,” Patrick said. “I know I’m not here for an ordinary existence. When I found TETR, I knew it was the place for me—a place to make a significant impact worldwide.”

María Regina, from Veracruz, co-founded a wholesale and retail business she built from scratch, handling everything from purchasing to sales and management. In just six months, her business expanded twice, supplying local stores.

“I have four years ahead to forge my own path, stay true to myself, and become the woman I know I can be,” María stated.

Sebastián C. Martínez, from Durango, was a national basketball team player until an shoulder injury forced him to abandon his career. Against all odds, he returned to basketball and eventually transitioned into entrepreneurial ventures in wellness and digital media, embodying resilience, determination, and reinvention.

“I enjoy challenging the status quo,” Sebastián said. “I truly believe that limitations are only in our minds, and anyone can transform their reality with the right mindset. TETR is the next chapter in my journey towards growth, impact, and building something greater than myself.”

The second cohort of TETR College of Business reflects the global population’s diversity, with 26% from Central America and Latin America, followed by 34% from South Asia. The remaining students represent Southeast Asia, with a 21% representation from the United States and Europe, 11% from the Middle East and North Africa, and a mix of students from various disciplines, including sciences, economics, commerce, and arts.

“TETR caters to the needs of today’s youth,” Mittal explained. “Our students find that multicultural experiences, practical business skills, and classes taught by Ivy League executives worldwide, such as Dr. Edward Rogers (former NASA) and Kevyn Eva Norton (former Microsoft), are more rewarding than traditional exams and lectures.”

“By connecting students with brilliant minds, the student learns from example and excellence, applying theoretical concepts to real-life situations by establishing functional businesses during their studies,” Mittal added.

Disruptive Pedagogy

TETR’s disruptive teaching approach, centered on fostering an entrepreneurial spirit and global campus experiences, mirrors the growing worldwide interest in entrepreneurship education over traditional university careers.

TETR’s curriculum includes establishing a non-profit organization in Ghana, launching a direct-to-consumer brand in India, internships during semesters, and immersion experiences with companies like Talabat, Emaar Properties, and Emirates. Cultural immersion opportunities in places like Milan Fashion Week, the Black Hat USA hacker conference, Singapore’s National Museum, Brazil’s Maracanã stadium, and Dubai’s Gold Souk market ensure graduates possess unparalleled global business acumen and practical experience in creating seven businesses from scratch.

“From launching e-commerce initiatives in Dubai to tackling new tech ventures in Silicon Valley, our students travel the world, creating businesses and making a tangible impact. We believe that’s key to ushering in a new generation of leaders with practical skills and global experience to build successful businesses,” said Gangwar.

Master of Management and Technology (MiM-Tech)

TETR recently announced the launch of the Master of Management and Technology (MiM-Tech), a one-year program designed to equip early-career professionals, aspiring founders, and successors of family businesses with the skills and experience needed to create, expand, and transform companies. This program is offered in three countries: the United Arab Emirates, China, and Spain, where students develop their own businesses and complete internships in leading regional companies to boost their careers.
