Inter-Institutional Strategy Brings Relief to Families

Culiacán, Sinaloa, May 2025. Thanks to the efforts of Governor Rubén Rocha Moya and the inter-institutional work orchestrated by the Certeza Jurídica Table, more than 19,000 Sinaloa families now have the peace of mind that comes with having their assets legally regularized, as they have received property titles and deeds during his administration.

Immediate Results Since 2022

Since its inception in 2022, this system has quickly yielded results and established itself as a national reference by maintaining the top position in patrimonial regularization processes nationwide.

Impressive Figures and Impact

With a total of 19,848 documents distributed—comprising 16,283 property titles and 3,565 deeds—the Sinaloa government has made significant strides towards social justice and legal certainty for thousands of families who had long lived in uncertainty.

The Certeza Jurídica Table: A Collaborative Effort

The Certeza Jurídica Table is composed of the National Institute for Sustainable Land (INSUS), the Agrarian Procurator’s Office (PA), the Sinaloa State Catastral Institute, the Public Registry of Property and Commerce (RPPyC), the National Agrarian Registry (RAN), and the Sinaloa State Housing Commission (CVIVE). It is coordinated by the Secretariat for Well-being and Sustainable Development (SEBIDES).
