According to the governor, Group Citelis projects that by the end of 2027, 35 new business operations (AAK, Irexa, Oxxo, Bardahl, among others) will be established in Eleva Park, generating an estimated economic impact of 947 million pesos and creating over 5,000 direct and indirect jobs.
Future Developments in Parque Bajío
Ramírez Bedolla mentioned that efforts will be made to construct the second phase of Eleva Park within Parque Bajío, one of Mexico’s Economic Development Poles for Well-being led by President Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo.
