- At any Banamex branch or through BancaNet: Inform the cashier that you are making a payment (refrendo) or redeeming an item. The reference for refrendo is Monte de Piedad WSRF and establishment 3444, while for redemption it’s WSDS and establishment 3443.

Online Banking with SPEI (Sistema de Pagos Electrónicos Interbancarios)
- Each client and branch has a unique CLABE interbancaria for generating payments. Access Mi Monte Web or Mi Monte App, navigate to the ‘boletas’ section, select your item and desired operation, then click ‘pagar,’ followed by ‘pago en línea’ and ‘pago con transferencia.’
- Click on generate reference, and the system will provide you with the account CLABE, reference, and amount to pay. Remember to include the reference number, and you’re all set to make payments between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

- You can check your pawn contract status through Mi Monte Web or Mi Monte App, or by contacting the customer service center at 55 2629 2790 or 55 8890 9717.
How to Perform a Renewal (Refrendo)
You can renew your pawn through Mi Monte App or Mi Monte Web by selecting the ‘refrendo’ option for the item due. If you don’t have the app, you can renew through Banamex (in-branch or online), Oxxo stores, or transfer via SPEI.
