The Secretary of Economic Development, Laura González Hernández, emphasized that this state-of-the-art logistics center will serve as a distribution hub for the State of Mexico and the rest of the country, thanks to its connectivity with the México–Laredo highway, Toluca–Atlacomulco industrial corridor, freight railway, and proximity to the Felipe Ángeles International Airport.

David Geisen, Mercado Libre’s Mexico General Director and Senior Vice President of Commerce for Hispanics, explained that this Cross Dock facility is the largest in Latin America for Mercado Libre, with an operational capacity of 80,000 square meters and the ability to process up to 600,000 packages daily. This will generate over a thousand jobs and strengthen the State of Mexico’s role in national e-commerce.
