The Collaboration of Renowned Chefs in Mexico

Iconic Japanese restaurant Tori Tori marks its 25th anniversary with a three-month culinary festival featuring renowned chefs Lorea Olávarri, Marcelo Hisaki, and Paulina Abascal. These chefs will present unique creations across all Tori Tori locations from June to August.

The Festival Menu

Lorea Olávarri, chef of the Michelin-recommended restaurants Nero and Er Rre, offers the Tonnato Roll. This dish combines Japanese precision with classic European flavors: tuna, beef carpaccio, and capers on a base of tonnato sauce.
