The production of the first train began in 2024 and lasted approximately nine months. During this period, the team focused on constructing the train’s structure, manufacturing carriages, applying paint, assembling equipment, and other crucial processes for the six carriages that make up the train.

According to Carlos Fernando Galán, the local mayor of Bogotá, “The trains are expected to arrive by late September, initiating the process for local testing in Bogotá.”
