The Panamerican University (UP) has solidified its Well-being and Health Ecosystem UP, an institutional strategy aimed at promoting the physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being of students, faculty, and staff.   1. Stay mentally active: fostering critical thinking, innovation, and continuous learning through spaces like the iOS Development Lab, PCI Lab, Spark UP, Xponential Lab, and the library.
  2. Get active and connect with others: promoting integration through sports, cultural activities, the Centro de Lenguas UP (CLUP), international relations, student groups, and the Sociedad de Alumnos (SAUP).
  3. Give back and foster positive feelings: developing values like solidarity and empathy through social impact programs such as Compromiso Social, the MAPFRE-UP Community Center, and free legal and health clinics.
  4. Focus on the present and build your future: supporting informed decision-making and life project design through services like the Clinical Psychology Unit, the Center for University Health and Well-being (CuSAB), the Chaplaincy, the SMART Center, and Career Services.
  5. Develop soft skills: enhancing communication, leadership, teamwork, and emotional intelligence through programs like Continuing Education and the SMART Center.
  6. Rest and eat healthily: offering recreational spaces and personal balance like Recovery Zones, gardens, cafeterias, and the Game Center.
