Introduction
The Papalote Museum for Children and MOBILITY ADO have joined forces to create an interactive space called “A Rodar” at the Papalote Museum. This initiative aims to educate children about urban mobility, preparing them to become responsible future drivers in a more sustainable, navigable, enjoyable, and secure city. MOBILITY ADO, a Mexican company focused on promoting responsible transportation, collaborated with the Papalote Museum and FUNDACIÓN ADO to shape the next generation’s attitudes towards a new culture of coexistence and road safety.
Background on MOBILITY ADO and FUNDACIÓN ADO
MOBILITY ADO, a Mexican company with 85 years of experience, has been working on enhancing transportation responsibility. Their Driver Training Center and FUNDACIÓN ADO aim to educate future generations on a new culture of coexistence and road safety.
The “A Rodar” Experience
Through interactive experiences, children will explore essential topics such as traffic signalization, responsible driving, public transportation use, and the benefits of cycling as an environmentally-friendly transport option that promotes wellbeing. Guided by “Concui,” an anthropomorphic cacomistle and the campaign’s mascot, this experience focuses on three key pillars:
- Care on the Road: Teaching children to protect themselves and others, recognizing their role in urban mobility.
- Conscious Choices: Promoting public and electric transportation as alternatives that reduce emissions and improve urban life quality.
- Respect in Every Journey: Fostering empathy and courtesy among all mobility actors, including pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers.
Key Messages from Andrés Pérez Peña, FUNDACIÓN ADO’s General Manager

Engaging Activities and Gamification
“A Rodar” integrates various play forms, including digital, role-playing, sensory, and social games. This approach ensures children learn while having fun.
