Operation Details and Objectives
The Mexican Federal Consumer Procurator’s Office (Profeco) is preparing a nationwide operation to ensure consumers’ rights during the fifteenth edition of El Buen Fin, taking place from November 13 to 17. During these days, Profeco will supervise that participating businesses adhere to the offers and promotions they provide.
To accomplish this, Profeco will deploy 1,196 public servants, including 154 from central offices and 1,042 from the 38 Offices of Consumer Defense (ODECOs) spread across the entire national territory.
