The program focuses on four key areas: productivity, continuous learning and knowledge updates, networking, and a growth program. This training aims to transform accounting and establish long-term relationships that benefit the sector.

“Our goal is to avoid isolation and foster a community where accountants can support each other and feel part of something greater,” said David Ortiz, president of Siigo Aspel.

Portal Contador is a technological center of command and operations that integrates all Siigo Aspel products and new solutions. It streamlines the work of individual accountants or firms while providing direct access to Mexico’s Tax Administration Service (SAT).

Panel Discussion: Embracing Technology for Compliance

A panel discussion addressed questions from attendees and virtual viewers. Adolfo Ramírez, President of the Mexican Public Accountants College (2024-2026), emphasized the need for accountants to adapt to technology to structure their compliance points.

“Regardless of where the public accountant operates—independently, governmentally, in businesses, or academia—our primary goal should be to instill confidence in society by providing value,” Ramírez stated.

Juana Ramírez, President of the Mexican Association of Entrepreneurs (ASEM), encouraged businesses to recognize the strategic value that a public accountant brings. “At ASEM, we have taken on the mission of educating entrepreneurs to understand that accounting teams are a crucial strategic element in financial planning and decision-making,” Ramírez added.
