The program will take place in eight countries, including Mexico. It will select 50 national finalists per country, with 50 women being chosen as international leaders to join the global SW50 community.

Interested women can register until January 7th in Santander Open Academy.

“We believe that female leadership is a crucial force for transforming organizations and society. With Santander W50, we aim to continue promoting and giving visibility to the talent of women who inspire, connect, and generate impact with purpose in their surroundings,” said Victoria Zuasti, Director of Global Programs, Scholarships, and Content at Santander Open Academy.
