Upskilling and reskilling, or learning new skills while unlearning outdated ones, are essential in today’s rapidly evolving job market. A Gallup study found that 51% of employees view skill development as an opportunity for personal learning and growth.

Coursera’s report indicates that 83% of companies are actively reskilling their workforce for AI-related roles. Other in-demand skills include critical thinking (59% growth) and cybersecurity (94%).
