Key Insights from Randstad’s Employer Brand Research 2025
Salary and Benefits are crucial, but employees stay for more than just money. This is one of the main conclusions from Randstad’s Employer Brand Research 2025 for Mexico, which identifies trends in the labor market and lists the most attractive employers in the country. This year, Amazon tops the preferences of talent.
According to the report, salary and benefits, professional growth, and a positive work environment are the primary factors driving job choices. However, the factor most influencing resignations is the lack of work-life balance.
Significant Changes
Amazon not only returned to the top 3 of the most attractive employers in Mexico but reclaimed the first position, pushing Samsung to third place. Unlike 2024, Mercado Libre, Coca-Cola, and Bimbo are absent from this year’s top 10.
Ford and Volkswagen returned to the top 10 of the most attractive companies to work for in Mexico, along with Toyota and Nissan. Consequently, the automotive industry dominated the list. However, Mazda was not present in the top 10 this year, and General Motors has been absent for two consecutive years, although it reached seventh place in 2023.
On the other hand, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company has solidified its position as one of the best companies to work for in Mexico, climbing from fourth to first place in 2023 and maintaining its position in the top 3 since then.
