Posadas Launches Sunvivia by Fiesta Americana
Posadas, a prominent hospitality company in Mexico, has introduced its new product, Sunvivia by Fiesta Americana, under the concept of “All in Joy.” This new offering focuses on relaxation and entertainment. The first development of this project will be located in Fiesta Americana Mazatlán, featuring 177 rooms ranging from one to three bedrooms, a children’s area, oceanfront rooms, and two infinity pools with five private jacuzzis offering breathtaking views.

La Comer invested 732 million pesos in this project, generating 443 formal jobs—312 direct and 131 indirect. With this addition, La Comer now operates 92 commercial units nationwide.
The new City Market location in San José del Cabo (Paseo de los Cabos 105, Club de Golf Fonatur) spans two floors covering 4,095 square meters and offers over 61,000 products with a parking lot accommodating 132 vehicles.
