Uber, the American transportation platform, reported a net income attributable of $10.053 billion in 2025, a 2% increase from the previous year.

The company’s revenue reached $43.978 billion, marking an 18.3% increase. Additionally, Uber benefited from a positive tax impact of $4.346 billion.

However, operating expenses rose by 12.8% to $46.452 billion.

In the fourth quarter, net income plummeted to $296 million, a 95.7% decrease due to increased miscellaneous expenses and the end of tax-related windfalls.

“Uber accelerated towards another record quarter, with over 200 million monthly active users completing more than 40 million trips daily,” stated CEO Dara Khosrowshahi.

Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah, Uber’s CFO, highlighted the company’s strategic potential: “Our results this year reflect the great potential of our platform strategy, with $193 billion in gross bookings and $10 billion in cash flow.” Mahendra-Rajah will be succeeded by Balaji Krishnamurthy starting February 16.

For Q1 2026, gross bookings are expected to grow between 17% and 21% in constant currency, equivalent to $52 billion to $53.5 billion. Earnings per share are projected between $0.65 and $0.72.
