CFECapital to Pay Dividends
CFECapital, the manager of Fibra E listed on the stock market by the Federal Electricity Commission, will pay dividends totaling 777.3 million pesos (43.1 million USD).
The distribution, corresponding to the fourth quarter of 2025, will be made on December 31st of this year.
CFE Fibra E also reported that it distributed 123.2 million pesos proportionally between both series as a result of the excess flows generated during this period, according to the company’s announcement to the Bolsa.
In 2025, CFE Fibra E distributed a total of 3,075.1 million pesos (170.7 million USD), representing an annual yield of 11.6%, the company stated.
Fibra Macquarie Secures Sustainable Credit
Fibra Macquarie closed a sustainability-linked credit line in two tranches of 550 million USD, providing greater liquidity and financing capacity to strengthen its financial position and extend debt maturities, as reported.
The company also informed the Mexican Stock Exchange that it covered 100% of the nominal amount of the loan with an interest rate swap. This resulted in a financing cost of 5.5% per year and increased liquidity by up to 595 million USD.
Banorte Completes RappiCard Acquisition
Banorte announced the consummation of the acquisition of Future Cards from the Rappi platform last week.
By doing so, Banorte acquired the entire credit card portfolio issued by TDF. The bank explained that this acquisition, transmission of the portfolio, and assumption of operations for these cards is part of an orderly, uniform, and transparent process.
Banorte clarified that it is now the sole issuer of these cards and assumes their administration and operation, as well as the relationship with current and future customers.
The bank assured clients that they can continue using the credit cards regularly without operational interruptions, service affectation, or significant changes in the user experience of this financial instrument.
Monex Updates BMV Favorites
As drawer boxes are being repaired in preparation for the new year, Monex Casa de Bolsa analysts added America Movil, Latin America’s largest telecommunications company, and removed Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP), the airport operator, from their favorite issuers list on the Mexican Stock Exchange.
