Coca-Cola FEMSA Secures $500 Million Bond
Coca-Cola FEMSA (KOF), the largest Coca-Cola bottler by sales volume, announced the closing of a 10-year international bond sale, raising $500 million.
The funds from this issuance will be used for general corporate purposes, which may include working capital, capital investments, and debt repayment.
The dollar-denominated bond from Coca-Cola FEMSA will pay a coupon of 5.10%, adding 93 basis points to the yield on the equivalent U.S. Treasury note.
