Introduction

At some point in life, we all face various dilemmas with no choice but to voice our opinions. However, in today’s global reality, while not frightening, it is filled with excuses, unfounded accusations, and criminal offerings. Recent months have prompted us to question what the United States could achieve in Venezolan territory, given its military potential and deployment near the coast. However, domestic problems persist.
