Fibra Mty to Pay Dividend

Fibra Mty, a real estate investment trust operating in the industrial and office segments, will distribute cash to its shareholders equivalent to 0.0891733471878131 pesos per Certificado Bursátil Fiduciario Inmobiliario (CBFI) on April 30.

The total cash distribution will amount to 215,863,000 pesos for CBFI holders as a return of capital and distribution corresponding to the financial results generated until January 2025.
