Meta Platforms to Introduce Ads on WhatsApp

Meta Platforms, the parent company of Facebook and Instagram, announced on Monday that it will gradually introduce subscriptions to channels, promoted channels, and ads in WhatsApp states over the coming months as part of a new app version.

These new features will be available in the Updates tab of WhatsApp.

Currently, 1.5 billion people use it daily worldwide. Now, the Updates tab will help channel administrators, organizations, and businesses grow and develop.

The offer rose from 6.45 to 7.0 pesos per real estate fiduciary certificate (CBFI), according to the latest offering announcement, representing an 8.5% increase.

Skyway aims to acquire the 28 million circulating Agrofibra CBIs, which would require paying approximately $10.4 million if successful.

América Móvil Issues $500 Million Bond

América Móvil, a telecommunications company, issued a $500 million bond on Monday.

The offering has a yield guide of 85 basis points over the interest rate of a comparable U.S. Treasury bond.

BBVA, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley are the coordinating agents, while HSBC and Scotiabank also participate in order book management for the bond, whose proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including debt refinancing.
