He launches missiles at cities and towns, attempting to break the will of the people through terror. This is precisely what this supposed Russian leader is.

Moscow tries to sow terror, extinguish hope, and break us. But they will not succeed because the Ukrainian people will not surrender.
Today, beyond our geographical differences, we are united by our moral responsibility towards the civilian population suffering barbarity in Ukraine.
Indifference is not neutrality; it’s complicity. Those who remain silent about these atrocities allow Putin to continue sowing destruction. Worse than the weapons is the international silence. And Mexico, with its humanist history and fight for peace, cannot remain detached.
