Renault Unveils the Sixth Generation Clio at Munich Auto Show

Renault introduced the sixth generation of its popular Clio model at the Munich Auto Show on Monday, marking its most significant renovation in 13 years. Sonoco Products announced on Monday that it has agreed to sell its ThermoSafe packaging business to Arsenal Capital Partners for up to $725 million as part of its efforts to optimize operations.

The purchase price is $650 million, with an additional $75 million payable by Arsenal Capital Partners based on certain performance criteria for 2025, according to the press release also published on Arsenal’s website.

The transaction, subject to regulatory approval, is expected to close by the end of this year. This sale concludes Sonoco’s ambition to become a global metal and fiber packaging business.

ThermoSafe, a provider of temperature-controlled packaging solutions, generated over $240 million in revenue last year and approximately $50 million in profits.

Bybit Launches BBU for Institutional Clients

Bybit, the world’s second-largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume, announced the launch of its Between Businesses (BBU) division, a new unit dedicated to serving institutional and corporate clients.

The BBU will offer comprehensive solutions in secure custody, efficient settlement, and access to tokenized products. This will form the cornerstone of Bybit’s institutional strategy and accelerate the convergence between traditional finance and digital assets.
