Understanding the Tool “Ubica tu casilla” for the 2025 Elections
In the context of the Extraordinary Electoral Process for the election of various positions in the Federal Judicial Power of the Federation (PEEPJF) 2024-2025, the National Electoral Institute (INE) has enabled the platform “Ubica tu casilla. Elections 2025,” where citizens can consult the location of their polling station for voting on June 1.
How to Use the “Ubica tu casilla” Tool
To use this tool, available at https://ubicatucasilla.ine.mx/, select the entity where you reside and enter your section’s details found on the front of your Voter Credential. The system will then display the locations for basic (B) and adjacent (C) polling stations.
Once the information is displayed, citizens must verify their assigned polling station based on the alphabetical range on the left side of the page. On the right, a map will show the exact location of the polling station, along with a route to reach it using Google Maps®.
Special Polling Stations for Those Away from Home
For those who are away from their registered address on voting day, the INE will also set up special polling stations. These are exclusively for individuals outside their section and will have a limit of 1,000 ballots.
