Overview of the Local Elections in Durango
On June 1, residents of Durango will head to the polls to renew the 39 municipalities in the state. Each municipality consists of a mayoral position, a deputy mayor, and council seats, all elected for a three-year term with the possibility of re-election for an additional term.
