Mazatlán, Sinaloa, November 12, 2025 – More than 8,000 international visitors arrived in Mazatlán on Wednesday aboard the cruise ships “Nieuw Amsterdam,” “Norwegian Jade,” and “Carnival Panorama.”

Mireya Sosa Osuna, Secretary of Tourism for Sinaloa, highlighted that having three cruise ships arrive on the same day significantly impacts the local economy.

“We are very pleased with the economic impact these visitors leave in the port, as they not only come to Mazatlán’s destination but also visit nearby seaside towns like Copala, La Noria, and Concordia, benefiting the surrounding communities with tourism potential.”
