The Secretariat for Urban Security (SSC) of Mexico City has identified eight motorcycle gatherings scheduled for Sunday as part of the “Terror Rally 2025.” These rallies will take place across various boroughs throughout the day and into the night.

The SSC estimates approximately 500 motorcyclists, belonging to over 30 collectives and clubs such as Locos por las Motos, Bikers Love Azcapo, Crazy Stunt, MTPK Moto Club, Maniacos Biker, and Unión Tuning, among others.
Over 500 Motorcycles Impounded the Previous Night
The upcoming rallies follow an operation implemented on Friday, during the first day of this themed rally. That day, the SSC reported:
- 511 motorcycles were transported to vehicle depots.
- 25 more were secured after a minor altercation in Venustiano Carranza.
- The SSC maintained road closures, preventive patrols, and monitoring from C2 and C5 centers to avoid accidents and disturbances to public order.
485 of them for performing stunts, riding without helmets, or other violations of the Traffic Regulations.
On Paseo de la Reforma, a motorcyclist was arrested for assaulting a police officer when attempting to impound their vehicle.
Ongoing Operation on Sunday
With the rallies planned for the afternoon and night, the SSC has confirmed that it will continue with surveillance, traffic control, and monitoring on principal roads in the involved boroughs. Emphasis will be placed on helmet usage, respect for traffic signals, avoiding stunts, and not blocking avenues.
