- Construction of 11 out of 21 interchange projects and bridges to improve mobility in major cities across Baja California Sur, Colima, Nayarit, Morelos, State of Mexico, Veracruz, Tlaxcala, and Sinaloa.

- Seven strategic road projects under mixed investment schemes: Córdoba-Orizaba, Laredo International Bridge, Nueva Italia in Lázaro Cárdenas, Ensenada-Tijuana, Las Varas-San Blas, Tepic-Compostela, and the Gulf of Mexico Corridor in Tamaulipas.
- Completion of Tepic and Puerto Escondido airports.
