The director general of the Institute of Security and Social Services for State Workers (ISSSTE), Martí Batres Guadarrama, and Oaxaca’s governor, Salomón Jara Cruz, kicked off soil studies for the construction of a new Regional High-Specialty Hospital (HRAE) in Oaxaca. Project Details

Project Progress and Collaboration
The project’s progress is attributed to the direct land transfer from the state government and construction permit approval by the Investment Unit of the Secretariat of Hacienda and Public Credit (SHCP). The ISSSTE has already received the initial design blueprint for the new hospital, which will offer 36 specialty services.
Governor’s Perspective
Governor Salomón Jara Cruz emphasized that the new HRAE construction is part of the Ciudad Salud project, which includes building an Institute for Mexico’s Social Security (IMSS) hospital. This development will significantly improve medical service accessibility in Oaxaca.
