Growth Ensures Well-being, Security, and Opportunities: SEDUMA
Secretary of Urban Development and the Environment, Karina Lizeth Saldívar Lartigue, expressed that under Governor Américo Villarreal’s leadership, Tamaulipas has decided to orderly manage urban growth with a human-centered approach, planning, data, and empathy.
