Introduction to ADO’s 14th Caravana Rosa Campaign
In observance of World Cancer Day, ADO launched the 14th edition of Caravana Rosa, a campaign that provides free mammograms in 16 cities across Mexico. This year, ADO aims to increase the number of mammograms by 14% compared to 2024.
Campaign Details and Eligibility
The Caravana Rosa program will run until November 30, 2025, and is open to all women, regardless of whether they are ADO passengers. To request a mammogram, women can obtain the Rosa Pass directly from participating ADO terminals and then call the provided number on the pass.

Mobile and Fixed Units
In addition to fixed modules at participating terminals, mobile units will be available in three locations:
- San Cristóbal de las Casas: October 28-30, starting at 10:00 AM
- Villahermosa: November 3-5, starting at 11:00 AM
- Xalapa: November 10-12, starting at 11:00 AM
Impact and Relevance of Caravana Rosa
According to INEGI statistics, over 8,000 women died from breast cancer in Mexico in 2024. Early detection can significantly impact treatment and survival rates.
Since its inception in 2011, Caravana Rosa has facilitated more than 15,000 mammograms and 4,000 medical follow-up transfers, primarily to Mexico City or specialized care centers.

ADO encourages close associates of beneficiaries—family, friends, or employers—to gift a Rosa Pass as a means of supporting access to diagnosis.
